Services

Complete hygiene care, gently delivered on-site.

Every treatment is performed by a Registered Dental Hygienist using sterile, portable equipment — following the same clinical standards you’d expect from any dental office.

We direct bill most insurance providers — see how it works.

Rush and emergency visits accommodated when availability allows — just get in touch.

No insurance? No problem — fees follow the ODHA fee guide and are confirmed before your visit. We also care for children and teens, so the whole family can be seen in one appointment.

Teeth Cleaning & Scaling

A complete professional cleaning: removal of plaque, tartar, and stain above and below the gumline, followed by polishing. Comfortable and thorough — the same standard as in a dental office.

  • Ultrasonic and hand scaling

Fluoride & Desensitizing Treatments

Preventive treatments that strengthen enamel, reduce cavity risk, and calm sensitivity to hot, cold, and sweet foods.

  • Professional-strength fluoride varnish
  • SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride) for cavity arrest
  • Desensitizing agents for exposed roots
  • Safe for children, adults, and seniors

Oral Cancer Screening

A quick, painless visual and tactile screening of the lips, tongue, cheeks, and soft tissues — an important part of every hygiene visit, especially as we age.

  • Head, neck, and lymph node check
  • Soft tissue and tongue examination
  • Clear guidance on any findings

Insurance made easy

We direct bill most insurance providers.

You pay only what your plan doesn't cover — no paperwork, no waiting for reimbursement.

"Direct billing" means we submit your claim to your insurance company for you at the end of the visit. If your plan pays 100%, there's nothing more to do. We direct bill most insurance plans. For any remaining balance or out-of-pocket payments, we accept Interac e-Transfer, Debit tap, and all major Credit Cards on-site via our secure mobile card reader.

Not sure if your plan is covered? Send us your provider name ahead of the visit and we'll confirm. If direct billing isn't possible, we'll provide a detailed receipt you can submit yourself for reimbursement.

What to have ready

  • Your insurance details

Provider name, policy/group number, and member/certificate ID — a photo of your benefits card is perfect.

  • Plan holder info

If you're covered under a spouse or parent's plan, we'll need their full name and date of birth.

  • A quick heads-up on coverage

Frequency limits (e.g. cleaning every 6 or 9 months) and annual maximums, if you know them. We can help check when you book.

Coverage varies by plan. Final reimbursement is determined by your insurer.
